At Luxury Address Watches, we are committed to providing a seamless and secure shipping experience. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the shipment of our luxury products within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the UAE.

  • No international shipping is available at this time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our location at:

Processing Time and Delivery Timeframe:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of confirming your bank deposit.
  • Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 1 to 4 business days.
  • No deliveries are made on Fridays or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer free delivery within the UAE.

  • No additional shipping charges apply, regardless of the delivery location within the UAE.

5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
  • Since we use local logistics partners, real-time tracking details will be shared where applicable.
  • Our customer service team is available to assist with any queries regarding delivery status.

6. Delivery Process

  • Deliveries are made directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.
  • In case of a failed delivery attempt due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule the delivery.

7. Delivery Inspection

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect the package in the presence of the delivery representative.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, logistical challenges, or public holidays) may cause delays. We will:

  • Notify you immediately in the event of a delay.
  • Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

9. Undelivered Orders

  • If an order cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will be returned to our Dubai office.
  • Our team will reach out to arrange a new delivery. Additional delivery attempts may incur charges.

10. Shipping Confirmation

A confirmation message will be sent once your order has been delivered. If you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately.
